Technical and Professional Skills
•    Must have excellent communication skills
•    SNOW certified one these three (SNOW Implementation Specialist (good to have), SNOW Developer (must have), SNOW System Administrator (must have)
•    Expert in Scripts which include Client scripts
•    Business rules
•    Hands on API integration (Both inbound and outbound)
•    Strong working experience with CMDB, change management, request management, catalog UI and discovery experience is a must.
•    Extensive knowledge of JavaScript & AngularJava
•    Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, AJAX, and CSS
•    Expert in XML and structural programming concepts
•    Certified ITIL v3/v4
•    Third party integration OOB REST API and SOAP Web Services
