•    Strong development skills in: 
o    HTML5, JS and CSS
o    Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
o    At least one JavaScript SPA framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue; previous experience with Typescript is a plus
o    Code versioning tools, such as Git
•    Good understanding of: 
o    Application bundlers such as Webpack
o    Package managers, such as npm or yarn
o    Common javascript utility libraries, such as Lodash or MomentJS
o    Javascript testing best practices and frameworks, such as Mocha or Jest
o    Native javascript and DOM manipulation
o    CSS flexbox, grid layouts, and mobile responsive design
o    Server-side javascript development, such as NodeJS and Express
•    Proficient understanding of: 
o    Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
o    SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
o    Web accessibility standards and best practices
o    Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline, eg Jenkins
