We are looking for a talented Salesforce Architect to join our team and provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions based on business requirements and technical constraints
Setup best practices for platform architecture and ensure to have all team follow these guidelines
Work with different Salesforce different orgs and ensure
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define requirements and develop solutions
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce development best practices, including but not limited to Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration with external systems
Define and implement data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and security
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions
Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
Lead the development of technical documentation, including solution design documents, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams
Provide support for production issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them
Lead projects, collaborate with stake holders, project teams, and ensure smooth delivery with high quality and time and budget.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
12 - 14 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including its capabilities, limitations, and best practices
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and integration with external systems
Experience with data architecture, including data modeling, integration, and security
Experience with Salesforce Public Cloud(Gov) is highly desirable
Experience with Salesforce Comms cloud, experience cloud is highly desirable
Experience with integrations using REST API and tools like Mulesoft
Experience with backend erp systems like Oracle ERP or SAP ECC/S4 Hana and integrating Salesforce and ERP systems is highly desirable
Experience with any Top 5 global consulting companies
Active participation in Salesforce public groups such as Dreamforce, Local groups
Must be able to think through in to different aspects and provide solution options
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Minimum Platform Dev 1 and Dev 2 are must have. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are a plus
