Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand end to end functionalities of eCommerce platform and support technical groups in meeting the business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify and prioritize new features and improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Participate in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of eCommerce initiatives
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and external partners.
