- Specific Responsibilities and Deliverables include:
- Daily gathering and review of the automation test system results.
- Work with the internal automation test team to troubleshoot/recommend/implement fixes to the test automation system.
- Assist team in triaging AirPods incoming issues.
- Sort/correlate all incoming issues.
- Triage and distribute the incoming issues.
- Recommend/implement automation tools to help increase speed and efficiency of triage efforts
- Implement automated sorting scripts in Python.
Other Requirements and Clarifications
- Background in embedded systems development, experience with real-time operating systems.
- Good understanding of embedded system architecture for small consumer electronics devices.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in embedded systems Python programming
- Experience with Bluetooth audio is a plus.
- Ability to drive issues, track tasks, and evaluate priorities on a regular basis
- Understands and thrives in a ultra-fast-paced environment
