Responsibilities:
- Design, Development, & Implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, & applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow solution, application, & integration.
- Collaboration with cross-functional team
- Participation in SDLC
- Documentation and reporting
- Evaluation and implementation of new technologies & tools to enhance ServiceNow
- Mentor and lead junior members in the team.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow packages, updates, and trends.
- Leading the design of the ServiceNow platform to effectively meet the needs.
Mandatory Qualifications or Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of overall IT experience
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in the Banking Domain
- ServiceNow Development Certification (Must)
- ITIL/ ITSM Experience
- IT Service management
