Responsibilities:
- Manages a project or work streams within a broader project or program.
- Develops, implements, and monitors project plans.
- Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
- Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy. (Does not have to be a visionary but will need a strategy to prioritize updates with 3rd Party Product, Collibra, and support the Product Owner’s strategic vision).
- Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.
- Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues.
- Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

Intermediate to Expert level of Microsoft Tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with Mural
- Experience with Data Catalog metadata solutions – e.g. Collibra (not a killer if the candidate is a super strong PM with the top 5 skills.)
- Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus
- Collibra metadata catalog experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering, User Experience, Business Process, Program Management, or similar field) required.
- Project/Program management associated with Technology Integration, LOB process and Vendor Management.
- Integrating legacy and modern technology associated with migration from older technology LOB process and Outcomes
- Analyzing and Communicating changes associated with LOB and Technology processes and platforms
- Vendor management working between LOB and technology to gather, understand, recommend and manage change
