1. Experience on ITSM, CMDB implementation and development.

2. Working experience on platform maintenance (User, Groups, Roles, Clone down, upgrades)

3. Working experience on the platform related issues and also experience on the mid server configurations.

4. Experience on CMDB & ITAM modules. (Highly needed)

5. Extensive working experience on the integrations, Data sources, transform maps, schedule jobs, data imports, script includes, business rules, ALCs, Workflows.

6. Experience on the instance security module, deployments, releases.
