•    Proven experience as software architect with overall 10+ years of IT experience.
•    MSc/BS in computer science, engineering or relevant field or related work experience
•    Experience in software development and coding in various languages (C#, .NET, Java etc.)
•    Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
•    Strong expertise in DevOps and CI/CD implementation
•    Thorough knowledge of cloud-native development
•    Experience with container technologies like Docker
•    Understanding of microservice design and architectural patterns
•    A technical mindset with great attention to detail
•    High quality organizational and leadership skills
•    Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum and SAFe .
•    Highly driven and self-motivated to exceed expectations.
•    Ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to lead in a team-based environment.
•    Proficient in both oral and written communication.
•    Strong organizational and communication skills
•    Experience with SQL and RDMS and experience in No-SQL databases is a plus
•    Experience with SOA standards, including SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT, UDDI and WSI.
•    Experience with security and privacy standards, e.g. HIPAA, HITRUST is a plus
