- Atleast 5 Yrs experience( should be senior resource) implementing and developing in ServicNow.
- Expert knowledge in the ServiceNow concepts, transformations, Java Scripting, HTML, CSS etc.
- Integration and scoped app implementation experience.
- Configurable workspace / UIB implementation knowledge / experience preferred.
- Knowledge in CMDB and understanding of CSDM models.
- Certifications : CSA, CAD, CIS for ITSM, ITSM and Discovery.
