Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science or related field.

Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification. 2nd level certification preferred.

6- 8+ years of overall experience as a Salesforce Developer.

4-6 years of experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or other Force verticals.

Strong knowledge of Lightning Component Framework, APEX and Visualforce

Good experience in the Salesforce Platform using Lightning Web Components, APEX, Configuration etc.

Experience in Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS

Proficiency with GIT as well as Jenkins based CI/CD

Experience in data integration development with Platform Events

Experience in API integration development using Salesforce API integration best practices for RESTful API calls

Contact center / customer service or Sales domain experience

Experience in working on an agile scrum team

Preferred qualifications

Expertise on Customer Service domain or Retail domain

Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems

Must have business process mindset

Ability to multitask and scale quickly in a fast-paced environment
