5-7 years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform
Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects used in Lead to Opportunity and Opportunity to Quote processes.
Strong experience with SFDC Advanced approvals
Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools, and processes
Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, Workbench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership
Exposure to CLM tools and processes will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Technical design and implementation (develop / maintain) of salesforce solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud
Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options, and benefits to key technical program stakeholders
Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping sales cloud technical solutions using best practices.
Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes.
Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors.
Provide day to day sales cloud platform and user support.
Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and postproduction support of Sales Cloud functionality
Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and functionality
