As an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for: 

• Leading consistent project delivery throughout the project lifecycle, including project and release planning, resource allocation, risk management, scope management, and timely delivery of value. 

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Refinement, and Release Planning. 

• Monitoring and communicating project progress in terms of schedule, cost, and risks to the project team, stakeholders, and management. 

• Cultivating an environment that enables teams to work effectively, while proactively removing obstacles and distractions. 

• Shielding the team from external interruptions and maintaining strong relationships between the team, product owner, and external parties. 

• Tracking and reporting team velocity and project metrics, promoting continuous improvement, and driving increased productivity. 

• Assisting the Product Owner and team with Product Backlog management, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 

• Upholding core Agile principles and adhering to established project management practices. 

• Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 

• Solid grasp of software development life cycle models, coupled with expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices. 

• Ability to engage customers, comprehend their business processes, and effectively manage their expectations. 

• Proficiency in establishing performance standards, fostering team engagement, and ensuring accountability. 

• Skillful in guiding Product Owners to create and prioritize the Product Backlog. 

• Strong interpersonal skills encompassing mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team-building. 

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. 

• Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business and system processes. 

• Aptitude for balancing quality, scope, schedule, and cost considerations. 

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies. 

• PMP and CSM Certifications are mandatory. 

• SAFe Certification is preferred, with experience in the SAFe framework considered a plus.
