SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Sales Manager (IT Staffing) is a full-time managerial role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., working in conjunction with the Leadership IT Staffing. Primarily responsible for the Sales & Business Development for IT Staffing Business Unit & developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
MUST HAVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Prior experience of at least 5 - 8 years into Sales of IT Staffing / MSP / RPO
Someone who is passionate for achieving annual sales targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should have prior exp of Business Development / Sales in IT Staffing.
- Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.
- Should have IT talent deployment exposure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
- Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
- Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to clients
- Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
- Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities
- Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
- Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers
