SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Sales Manager (IT Staffing) is a full-time managerial role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., working in conjunction with the Leadership IT Staffing. Primarily responsible for the Sales & Business Development for IT Staffing Business Unit & developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.

 

MUST HAVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

Prior experience of at least 5 - 8 years into Sales of IT Staffing / MSP / RPO

Someone who is passionate for achieving annual sales targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Should have prior exp of Business Development / Sales in IT Staffing.
  2. Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.
  3. Should have IT talent deployment exposure.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.
  6. Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments
  7. Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to clients
  8. Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives
  9. Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities
  10. Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
  11. Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers
