Integration best practices with APIs, and platforms and experience of managing PaaS, SaaS products, licensing and cost.
Experience with modern development and operational tools - CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk and many other collaborative and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Public Cloud platforms (Azure)
Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels work with diversified & global teams.
Experience in change management and operations support.
Using analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and showing attention to detail.
Leading with a positive attitude and willing to work outside normal hours to troubleshoot high priority issues when needed.
