JOB DETAIL

  1. Lead Generation through bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelance, Guru, etc

  2. Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

  3. Procuring new clients through collaboration with the marketing department.

  4. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

  5. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

  6. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

  7. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals

  8. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

  9. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

  10. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

  11. Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.

 

Requirements:

 

  1. Degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or similar.

  2. Should have some Basic Knowledge of the software OR have done any Certification Courses on Online Bidding.

  3. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

  4. Extensive sales experience.

  5. Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

  6. Great networking skills.

  7. Excellent written and verbal communication.

  8. Ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers

  9. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

  10. Emboldened by challenges.
