The Senior Salesforce Einstein Analytics Developer will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing Einstein Analytics reports and dashboards within the Salesforce platform. With expertise in handling recipes, connections, datasets, and data transformation techniques, the candidate will lead the team, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and the highest quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and create interactive Salesforce Einstein Analytics reports and dashboards.
• Implement aggregation, transformation, and offset functionality for complex data handling.
2. Data Management within Salesforce:
• Manage and manipulate data using Einstein Analytics recipes, connections, and datasets.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to ensure data integrity.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide the team in Salesforce Einstein best practices.
• Review team's deliverables, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
4. Agile Development Process:
• Engage actively in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Salesforce ecosystem.
5. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
• Maintain compliance with Salesforce standards and data security protocols.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of data aggregation, transformation, and offset functionality within Salesforce.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and review team deliverables.
