We are hiring SAP HCM Consultant for Leading Steel Manufacturing Company in Odisha.

Experience: 5 - 8 years in End to End Implementation (min 2 nos)

Role & Responsibilities:

1) Strong hands-on experience in Indian Payroll.
2) Must have had done at least 1 or 2 End-to-End Implementation projects on SAP HR & Payroll.
3) Manage System Configuration, Testing and Implementation of SAP HR and Pay SAP HR, ESS/MSS, Time Management and Payroll solutions.
4) Possess strong knowledge on Organization management, Personnel administration, Time management, Payroll & ESS/MSS.
5) Should have strong knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customising-Payroll & Time management.
6) Must have knowledge in Payroll and Time Management.
7) Must have relevant knowledge in SAP HCM technical and functional module.
8) Good to have SAP Success Factor knowledge.
9) Should be a team player and have good Communication skills.
