Apply knowledge of Sitefinity to manage technical bug fixes and production support requirements Execute minor enhancements on Sitefinity Implement technology solutions during client engagements. Assist in developing and executing best practices for Sitefinity .Net

- Understanding of .net concepts Conduct design and code reviews
-Work with IT and Marketing Departments on the Consume Site to enhance and debug programs
- Estimate the enhancement, tickets and ensuring the fix is deployed in time
- Coordinate and work with team during all the phases of coding, testing and deployment
- Ensure that all Service Management processes are followed and all incidents and requests are addressed within the required time to adhere to published SLAs
- Propose process and technical improvements to management

- Coordinate escalations and collaborate with internal technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
