Role & responsibilities:
Business Development Manager-
- Acquiring new clients or business, generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and establishing the sales lifecycle that contribute to expanding the corporate sales funnel.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Talent Acquisition Specialist-
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements, qualifications, and skill sets for non-IT positions.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to source and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
