Sales Process Trainer (Kolkata) -  Looking for only Bengali candidates with sales training experience

Exp - 2+ YearsSkills - Telesales training, process trainer, product trainer, soft skill training

Salary Upto - 45k in hand

6 days working

(Sunday fixed off)Shift - 10-7 PM

1. Bachelors Degree.

2. 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include tele-marketing job.

3. 1 year experience as Trainer in a domestic call center with a team of more than 20 trainess

4. Fluency with general desktop productivity software.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Strong people, interaction skills

6. Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided).

7. Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize.

8. Problem-solving ability & creative - out of the box thinker.
