We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, with a strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working on Azure DevOps dashboards and possess in-depth knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Additionally, experience in coordinating with Figma developers or exposure to design tools will be highly valued.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Power BI Architecture: Design and architect Power BI workspaces, data models, and solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and requirements.

 

• Dashboard Development: Develop sophisticated and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

 

• Azure DevOps Integration: Collaborate with Azure DevOps teams to build and integrate Power BI solutions into the Azure ecosystem.

 

• UI/UX Design: Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards that enhance the end-user experience.

 

• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and train team members on Power BI best practices, data visualization techniques, and efficient report development.

 

• Data Analysis and Integration: Work closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration and accurate data representation within Power BI.

 

• Performance Optimization: Optimize Power BI reports and queries to ensure high performance and responsiveness.

 

• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and specifications for all Power BI solutions.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and architecture.

 

2. Extensive knowledge of Agile Scrum principles

 

3. Proficiency in creating Azure DevOps dashboards and integrating Power BI with Azure services.

 

4. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards.

 

5. Experience in coordinating with Figma developers or exposure to design tools will be a plus.

 

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy and quality.

 

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

 

8. Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
