Responsibility:
1) Work on Alert. monitor, modernization through utilization of new capability in Splunk and Dynatrace to automate stream line and document legacy monitor, continued engagement in the mobile modernization space with in AWS cloud space to learn develop and implement additional monitor to help the L1, L2 teams.
2) Catch production impacting issues.
3) The individual also assists in utilizing Splunk and Dynatrace to help onboard new application coming into the enterprise modernization space.
