1. 8+ Salesforce Development and experience with SQL.
2. Development experience in any of these: SQL, Apex, Visual Force, C+, C#, JavaScript, Visual Basic, XML or other equivalent programming language.
3. Design, develop and maintain integrations based on API and XML frameworks to allow for consumption of data from external sources.
4. Provide consultation and solutions to members of the management team and business partners regarding application capabilities and functionality. 
5. Work with the application teammates to design, develop and deliver new or improved functionality.
6. Maintain user access privileges in accordance with policy and Sarbannes/Oxley.
7. Provide Level 2 technical support for all related application issues.
8. Define and document integration standards to ensure a repeatable and scalable model.
9. Use independent judgment and decision making to perform work that affects business operations and financial well-being.

This role contributes to the organization’s overall success by supporting, administering and maintaining Salesforce.com, reporting tools and system integrations as necessary
