Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Proficiency in data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL) and tools (e.g., Excel).

Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Knowledge of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a passion for working with data to uncover insights.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
