Question4The effort will be a mix of onsite and remote work, with an initial assessment onsite, after which the hybrid arrangement would be defined. This effort could run at least 12 to 18 months and the onsite work would be at DPOR's office at the beginning until telework is determined and evaluated. No time limit on the remote piece - just when the mgr is comfortable. This will be determined during the assessment phase. Pls confirm you have shared this info with your candidate and they agree to this arrangement.
