Need to have hands-on leads. They will need to take a coding test and be able to mentor and guide junior devs.

Required: 

- Java spring boot with microservice architecture knowledge

- And with Weblogic and DB2 background. JMS, J2EE

- REST/GraphQL

- Mongo

- K8s (preferably EKS)

- TDD, ATDD

- Java/Python Spark

- AWS: s3, Lamba, Step Function, AMQ, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch Events.
