Design and develop robust, user-friendly web applications with an emphasis on responsive design and performance optimization.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional interfaces, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and functionality.

Take ownership of both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Implement and maintain APIs for efficient data exchange between the front-end and back-end systems.

Identify and address technical challenges, debug issues, and propose innovative solutions to enhance application quality and performance.

Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews, fostering collaboration, and delivering iterative results.

Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and compatibility of web applications across different browsers and devices.

Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, providing clear insights into code structure and functionality.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights and best practices with the team.

Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster skill development within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

8+ years of experience in front-end and full stack development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications and UI.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Blazor, or Vue.js).

Experience with server-side programming languages, such as Node.js, and familiarity with back-end frameworks (.NET, Flask, etc.).

Strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and collaborative development using Azure DevOps.

Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing technical challenges.

5+ years of experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
