Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, coding, testing, deployment, and end-user support
Apply best practices and design patterns of best-of-breed enterprise applications developed on the Salesforce.com platform
Assess and improve current Salesforce operations to support future growth and expansion
Salesforce Org merging or consolidation, including managing data migration, customization alignment, and resolving integration challenges.
Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party applications and other tools
Review and debug existing source code
Work independently when required
Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues.
Responsible for planning, processing, and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with little to no assistance from a supervisor/manager
Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences verbally and in writing
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for a programmer
Support Salesforce Administrators as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical degree
3-5 years of experience with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long-term maintenance of Salesforce.com
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator, or App Builder showcase your expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning framework, including Lightning Components, Aura framework, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, such as version control, continuous integration, and automated deployments using tools like Git.
Experience with SOAP / REST APIs
Process knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ETL with Salesforce
Experience using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio
Ability to work in a fast-paced and Changing environment
