Candidate Overview:
Project Manager 1: Proficient in IT Project Management, Scrum Agile, and Scrum Master roles. Experienced in IT projects, self-driven, adept at asking relevant questions. Strong familiarity with Jira. Similar attributes to Sandy.
Project Manager 2: Operational background, self-starter, strong communication skills. Prior involvement with Cristi Crude projects, including task management, third-party administrator responsibilities, meeting facilitation, analytical skills, and insurance background. Potential for contract-to-hire.
Work Arrangements:
Flexibility regarding office presence. Expected in-office on Tuesday-Thursday for two days a week, with adjustments based on meetings and project team requirements.
