JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and updates to ensure their optimal performance, availability, and security.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and minimize downtime.

User Support: Provide technical assistance to users, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and offering guidance on system usage and best practices.

System Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system improvements, enhancements, and automation.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas of improvement and proactively address potential bottlenecks.

Capacity Planning: Monitor system resource utilization trends and plan for capacity upgrades to accommodate future growth and demands.

 

Role Attributes:

• At least 3+ years of experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP Business object application
