Assist co-workers with development of MicroStrategy and SQL skills.
Convert key Tableau reports to MicroStrategy as directed by Operations’ stakeholders.
Performs complex data and business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, need for additional decision-support tools and information, and to arrive at actionable recommendations that can be implemented to improve business outcomes.
Develop enhancements to existing programs to improve business operations and procedures.
Analyze ambiguous and sometimes conflicting information to develop a general understanding of a business challenge or issue.
Concisely document business needs in a manner that conveys clear understanding to other team members and customer stakeholders.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to establish solution paths, analyzing trade-offs between usability and performance.
Run reports or monitor dashboards as required for daily and monthly monitoring requirements.
Provide technical operational support to analyze and resolve issues.
