 Installation, upgrading, performance, security, patching and monitoring of IBM BAW, BPM WebSphere environments

• Strong understanding of IBM BPM Architecture and concepts such as process center, process server, process applications, toolkits, tracks, etc.

• Troubleshooting of IBM BPM/BAW infrastructure issues

• Maintaining WebSphere Application Server Clustering for High Availability

• Support BAW infrastructure migration of several environments

• Deployment of snapshots into multiple environments and support release activities

• Level 2 support of BPM applications, address day to day customer tickets and update the ticketing system (ServiceNow)

• Maintain certificates and passwords required by BPM environment and configure them periodically

• Monitor multiple BAW environments, reviews logs and various other tasks maintaining the BPM environments

• Maintenance of single sign on as per the customer standards

• Maintenance of security groups in LDAP/Active Directory

• Leading team and training team with complex task

• Seeks opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate and improve processes

• Participate in 24x7 on call support on ration basis
