o   Claims processing, benefits, configuring claims processing systems, Provider networks; insurance, Clinical care managers, Medicaid care management, Membership(understanding how membership works) Encounters, providing back to the Medicaid leaders, how we are managing people through claims.

-          Bachelor’s Degree

-          PMP/PMI Certification **Not hard requirement but most candidates without it don’t pass.

-          Exp in a structured PMO
