Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Develop complex data extracts, stored procedures, and ad-hoc queries and ensuring data consistence and accuracy using SQL, SSIS.
• Ensure that code is tested, optimized, and compliant with industry best practices.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues impacting extract delivery.
• Work closely with Business Systems Analysts to understand requirements regarding solutions, ensure data quality and match-back to core systems transaction results.
• Collaborate on the definition, development, and maintenance of standards and processes.
• Serve as mentoring resource for other developers.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
• Support Dataquest goals and objectives by working closely with management team to deliver value to the business.
• Other duties as needed or required.

Required:

· BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).

· 10 years as a Developer, Data Analyst, or equivalent implementing technical solutions (extracts, middleware, stored procedures, ETL packages).

· Strong health care experience specially on insurance domain is preferred.

· Experience with SQL Server, Transact SQL and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

· Good experience on query optimization and able to analyze the SQL plans.

· Knowledge of C# and REST API is plus.

· Expert knowledge of relational database applications and data query protocols (MS Access, SQL Server, Structured Query Language, SQL Reporting Services).

· Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standards.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills
