Senior Power Platform developer with expertise in Canvas/Model Power Applications, Dataverse, Automated Work-Flows and Power Business Intelligence (BI).

This person needs to be proficient in PowerApps, Power BI and Dataverse

In coordination staff create, develop, and maintain applications built on Microsoft Power Platform. Build solutions that utilize canvas and/or model driven applications. Extend the standard model to support custom solutions that leverage the benefits of Power Platform. Create agency standard reusable templates for screens, user interfaces for accessibility, reusable custom components, and design applications to meet the responsiveness standards of the agency guideline.

In coordination with executive leadership leverage Power BI to build reports and dashboards with interactive visualizations to show how ERS has used the data collected to drive business results with actionable insights.

In coordination with leadership create, develop, and maintain the flows and automation.

In coordination with leadership create, develop, and maintain the Dataverse. Build solutions that can leverage a standardized data structure and work with other solutions sharing the same data model. Extend the standard model to support custom solutions that leverage the benefits of Dataverse. Creating an environment, entities, fields, and options sets are some of the duties to be assigned.

Review and assist in updating of the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) that describes and provides a numbering system for all project requirements for traceability through testing. The RTM should include test scenarios and acceptance criteria for all technical and functional requirements. Ensure that the Project Team participates in requirements development and traces requirements through testing and implementation via updates to the RTM. RTM updates will be in conjunction with weekly requirements / design reviews. The RTM process is part of the Quality Assurance Plan.

Create and update the Project Status Report that is appropriate for the work being performed. As a member of the Project Team, record project status, risk and issue dispositions, accomplishments, and planned activities for the next two weeks in the Project Status Report. The status report shall contain a section for lessons learned from the project and any other pertinent status information.

Contribute to collecting, organizing, storing, and managing project documents in a central repository. This includes maintaining current and archival files (electronic and paper), collecting, and distributing information to and from stakeholders, and entering updates into ERS internal status reports.

Ensure development of written procedures for configuration control for application code promotion.

Control the scope of the project leveraging tools such as the RTM (see 2.11 above) and change management activities.

Attend regular and occasional ad hoc project/team meetings, engaging in discussions on the solutions, design, architecture, performance, and participating peer reviews.
