- A Project Manager is needed for an advanced level position working as a contractor for our client.
- The position is remote, however the successful candidate will need to either be located in WI or will need to relocate to WI.
This Project Manager will:
- Coordinate information technology systems integration and expertise to ensure efficiencies and consistencies can be identified throughout various projects.
- Plan, implement, and coordinate ongoing support for technical infrastructure and apply lessons learned at one site to others.
- Develop standards and strategies to oversee various projects.
- Ensure strong communication across efforts to ensure efficient and effective management of disparate projects.
- Act as a facilitator, planner and problem solver to meet objectives to enable data and program integration.
Requirements
- Extensive PM experience leading development of business case, scoping projects, project phases (15 years)
- Agile development practice (13 years)
- Experience with project management and portfolio management tools (12 years)
- Communication across project team, stakeholder groups, sponsors, other project managers, and the consulting vendor. (7 years)
Nice to Have Skills:
- PM experience with a large, high-profile project
- Experience with moving data from an on-premise location to the cloud
- GCP related technical projects
- Navigation across large teams
- Projects or knowledge/experience with public benefit programs
- Previous experience with formalized stage & gate processes.
- Experience working in non-profit, government, higher-education, or other complex management/governance environment.
- Demonstrated experience building strong, highly collaborative working relationships.
- Demonstrated success influencing without authority.
