We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives that drive our company's growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development teams to gather comprehensive requirements that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Translate gathered requirements into epics, features, and user story acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
- Analyze complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering a shared understanding of project goals.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, working with stakeholders to develop strategies for successful project outcomes.
- Leverage Agile methodologies, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Analysis, incorporating relevant insights into team processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Or the equivalent in work experience and education
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a deep understanding of the role's responsibilities.
- Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
