Position Overview ( Must be from Ecommerce, Retail or Supply Chain)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives that drive our company's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Development teams to gather comprehensive requirements that align with business objectives and user needs.

•        Translate gathered requirements into epics, features, and user story acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.

•        Analyze complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.

•        Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering a shared understanding of project goals.

•        Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards.

•        Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, working with stakeholders to develop strategies for successful project outcomes.

•        Leverage Agile methodologies, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project execution.

•        Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Analysis, incorporating relevant insights into team processes.

Qualifications:

•        Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Or the equivalent in work experience and education

•        5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating a deep understanding of the role's responsibilities.

•        Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements.

•        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

•        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
