ASSET/WORK MANAGEMENT:
The client is doing the first phase of planning and future state design for their SAP S/4 Program. Focus for this phase is to define the future state capabilities, drive enterprise and cross-functional decisions and define a business case and roadmap for the overall program. There are 5 workstreams that have been set up which include: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Asset & Work management and Technical.
The role that is required is to provide project management (PM) support to the client leading a specific workstream in the program.
Activities include:
- Completion of solution team status reports
- Identification and logging of solution team initiated risks / issues
- Provide status of activities as input into the integrated program plan
- Report out on workshop burn down charts, action item statistics, and decision statistics
- Schedule workshop preparatory sessions and ad-hoc meetings / send out invites
- Confirm workshop attendees against the decision making framework / adjust invites
- Determine workshop logistics / procure services – room, AV equipment, lunch
- Prepare materials for all workshop preparatory sessions and ad-hoc meetings
- Record all workshops / post workshop recordings to SharePoint
- Act as a secondary note taker / capture action items
- Manage / follow up on workshop action items
Skills:
- Project Management experience (at least 2 years)
- Good communication, writing and organization skills
- Ability to work with 3rd-party vendors
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- SAP functional experience would be beneficial in the following area Asset/Work Management
Optional Skills/attributes
- SAP Certification in the areas of Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Asset/Work Management
- PMP Certification
- SF Based is preferred
