REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3+ years of experience in ERP / PeopleSoft Finance, HCM or Pension software
* Ability to analyze PeopleSoft SQR, SQL, Peoplecode, App Engine code and configurations.
* Ability to collect and document detail requirements.
* Ability to collect and document current system customizations.
* Document business processes
* Work directly with the clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
* Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
* Create and present report to executive team members and shareholders to support recommendations.
