I'm looking for a Sr Business Analyst and Sr Functional Project Manager, Bellow are the JD.

Candidate must have experience working with the public or government sector experience and the Client wants a candidate to have experience with PAL (Project Approval Lifecycle) processes and documentation, preferably. This is used in the California state departments so it can be difficult to come by unless they worked on a previous CA project and most likely not be on the resume. There is also a good chance a candidate is familiar with a similar process but is not familiar with the term PAL. I am open to considering those candidates as well.
