JOB DETAIL

  • Provides technical development skills for PeopleSoft HR systems and infrastructure components and integrations with other financial systems.
  • Work closely with QA and innovation teams to troubleshoot issues that arise on test systems
  • Troubleshoot software and configuration errors on PS and platform upgrades and integrations
  • Develop and provide monitoring documentation (Runbooks, Knowledge Articles, SOP) and scripts
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Requirements gathering, analysis, management and implementation.
  • Create functional and technical design documents
  • Provide high level approach on code designs.
