Key Responsibilities:

·         Utilize advanced features of Java 8 to develop robust and efficient software components.

·         Implement and maintain web applications using Spring Boot.

·         Work with microservices architecture, focusing on enhancing existing services rather than building from scratch.

·         Develop and maintain web services, including REST and SOAP APIs.

·         Deploy applications on cloud platforms, primarily AWS (experience with GCP or Azure is a plus).

·         Participate in CI/CD DevOps processes, utilizing tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (experience with these tools is ideal but not mandatory).

·         Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate Angular (version 4/6 or higher) into the application.

·         Consider React experience for candidates with strong Java skills who can quickly learn and adapt.

·         Create and maintain RESTful services and ensure their seamless integration with the application.

·         Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing, using tools like Selenium or other relevant testing frameworks.

·         Familiarity with Agile and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·         Strong proficiency in Java 8 with a focus on advanced features.

·         Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

·         Knowledge of web services, including REST and SOAP.

·         Cloud deployment experience, preferably on AWS.

·         Familiarity with CI/CD DevOps processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred).

·         Front-end development experience with Angular (version 4/6 or higher).

·         Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including React.

·         Strong understanding of RESTful services and API design.

·         TDD and unit testing experience (Selenium or similar tools preferred).

·         Familiarity with Agile and BDD methodologies is a plus.

·         Open to candidates with strengths on either the front-end or back-end, as long as they possess a strong foundation in Java.
