Position Overview/Responsibilities for the MuleSoft Architect:
- Provide expertise in designing, documenting, and refining the Anypoint Platform architecture, encompassing deployment, physical, and security components.
- Lead the implementation of Anypoint Platform components and common services frameworks, ensuring they meet logging, error handling, monitoring, security, and auditing requirements.
- Implement and configure API Manager, including defining API policies, orchestrations, and transformations for identified use cases.
- Offer technical leadership by breaking down project tasks, identifying dependencies, and guiding the team members. Review Cloudhub configuration, application design, and API governance practices.
- Collaborate with the team to fine-tune MuleSoft applications, APIs, and runtimes, and ensure adherence to best practices for application security and performance.
Required Skills for the MuleSoft Architect:
- Hold current Mule Soft certifications, demonstrating proficiency in MuleSoft technologies and methodologies.
- Possess a proven track record with Cloudhub 2.0, showcasing hands-on experience with MuleSoft's cloud-based integration platform.
- Demonstrate a prior understanding of the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) through previous work experience with the state or counties, emphasizing familiarity with domain-specific requirements.
- Display a deep understanding of MuleSoft best practices, application security, and performance optimization techniques, showcasing the ability to provide expert guidance in these areas.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, enabling effective work breakdown, technical dependency identification, and assignment of tasks to team members.
