Experience utilizing Business Intelligence reporting capabilities at an enterprise level. 

Experience using Power BI and/or Tableau. 

Experience building automated interactive reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and Tableau.  

Experience making technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their function. 

Be able to share and define insights, best practices, and standards that can be applied to improve system, platform, and/or report development.   

Conduct complex data analysis, develop predictive indicators of performance, create business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.  

Create reports to provide transparency to our stakeholders. Develop presentations for dissemination to VDOT management. 

Explore new methods of visualizing the data using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS. Aid in the analysis/requirements gathering, design, configuration, implementation/testing, and support of business solutions.
