Overview:

Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) delivers firm-wide services and platforms including network infrastructure, core computing, mainframe, end user technologies, application infrastructure and workplace support services.

The IT Project Manager would be responsible for delivering on project schedules associated to the onboarding of firm assets into a centralized CMDB solution. The project(s) assigned will be in support of a broader program targeting the successful delivery of time-sensitive regulatory requirements. The role will have colleagues and stakeholders across globe and be required to liaise with technology teams, product management teams, risk governance functions, executive management, and program management functions.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Engage with senior technology leadership across multiple departments to ensure program requirements are clear and achieved, while providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Drive end-to-end execution of asset schedules across multiple functional groups and matrixed teams
• Act as a central point for assigned activities including planning and coordinating daily initiative activities across teams
• Facilitate project meetings, manage / track appropriate project deliverables with delivery teams
• Manage regular reporting - Highlight key accomplishments, risks/issues and dependencies, in addition to the coordination of mitigation / remediation work
• Create and articulate executive level communication on a project and program level
• Responsible for senior stakeholder management, communication, and escalation
• Adherence to project lifecycle quality and policy standards

Skills Required:
• Program/project management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, capability to switch context quickly and work on multiple streams of work concurrently
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate requirements effectively and coordinate team discussion
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, very organized and value the integrity of the data
• A sound background and adherence to business processes and procedures
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation and leverage this to achieve work-related objectives
• High proficiency with MS Office productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) with advanced skill in data manipulation using Excel
