Under minimal direction, Agile Coach will assist our teams and the organization deliver new and exciting capabilities to our customers. Working with multiple development teams, this role will ensure the consistent use of the Scrum and Scaled Agile Delivery methodologies to achieve the benefits of iterative and incremental software releases. The Agile Coach is responsible for the strategic and practical applications, review and training of Agile methods within the organization. This role will be responsible for identifying and making recommendations to improve overall organizational and business agility and defining new processes, as necessary.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with minimum of 3 years leading agile teams in the use of Scrum Methodologies

• Significant experience (3+ years) with SAP development work, specifically ECC to S/4- MM, SCM, PM, WM, FI, P2P, SuccessFactors

• Experience training, coaching, and implementing SAFe methodologies.

• Experience working in Enterprise Agile organizations.

• Experience coaching, guiding and leading others.

• Experience in process improvement and process documentation

• 1-2 years of experience in servant leadership role

• Proven ability to advocate for organizational agility, provide recommendations and influence at all levels.
