Must have: Senior Product Owner with 8+ years of experience in financial services industry, specifically with background in Digital Product OR fraud OR Payments,
Responsibilities:
- User story development and business analysis.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
- Responsible for participating in project activities from start to end, involving requirements definition, functional specification verification, user acceptance testing and business change management/integration
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a product owner/manager preferably in financial service industry.
- Areas of experience include- digital product management-ACH, ACATS, Zelle, wires- Fraud enhancements.
