  • Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
  • Manage and maintain all computer peripheral devices resolving associated problems as required
  • Manage and escalate third party vendor support and performance related to in-scope services
  • Support of all conference rooms
  • Laptop builds and rebuilds
  • Support new office setup and expansions as needed
  • Provide smart hands support for other service towers, including the Network Services tower and Server & Storage tower
  • MDM - Configuration for iPhones, Intune and Mobile
  • Printer Installation and configuration
  • Vendor Co-ordination

Good-to-Have

  • Plant Operation Support
  • Incident, SR, Change, problem & capacity management
  • Service Improvements
  • Experience in security cameras, Network equipment’s, Paging systems, POE handling and racking equipment’s
