- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support
- Manage and maintain all computer peripheral devices resolving associated problems as required
- Manage and escalate third party vendor support and performance related to in-scope services
- Support of all conference rooms
- Laptop builds and rebuilds
- Support new office setup and expansions as needed
- Provide smart hands support for other service towers, including the Network Services tower and Server & Storage tower
- MDM - Configuration for iPhones, Intune and Mobile
- Printer Installation and configuration
- Vendor Co-ordination

- Plant Operation Support
- Incident, SR, Change, problem & capacity management
- Service Improvements
- Experience in security cameras, Network equipment’s, Paging systems, POE handling and racking equipment’s
